A muted & deep blue jelly base with a subtle linear holographic pigment.
Fun Fact: This polish was the catalyst for this entire collection. Aren't linear holos just the best?
All swatch photos are done with two coats of polish & a smoothing top coat.
The polishes are not retouched, there is some light retouching on my cuticles.
