Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns.

In the event of a product defect or damage during shipping please reach out to info@glitchlacquer.com. I will gladly replace or, if it's out of stock, refund these items.

In order to complete these refunds/exchanges I require picture proof of the broken bottle/missing polish/etc. This helps us find failure points to improve your experience, as well as file claims with USPS for breaks.

All of my polishes are mixed by hand in small batches. I do my best, but there may be some slight variation between batches, as well as a small chance of pigment specks. If you have any issues with your polish please contact me. 

Human error does happen! If I made a mistake on your order please do not hesitate to contact me!
