Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. You will pay up-front in full for the goods. If you choose to purchase a mix of in stock and pre-order items, the order will ship altogether once the pre-order items are in stock. You can request the order is split and the in stock items are sent separately. In this case, you will be responsible for shipping costs for both packages, unless you received free shipping. You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
