ACT UP, also known as the AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power was founded in NYC in 1987 as a means to work to end the AIDS pandemic. The iconic ACT UP symbol is a pink triangle over the words “SILENCE = DEATH." ACT UP is a neon pink crelly base with a cool toned pink sparkle.
