Heart of the Ocean is a deep blue jelly base with a blue to purple magnetic pigment and blue glitters in it. Due to the particle size of the blue glitters a smoothing top coat may be needed.

All of my polishes are mixed by hand in small batches. I do my best, but there may be some slight variation between batches, as well as a small chance of pigment specks. If you have any issues with your polish please contact me.

My first Glitch polish ever! It truly looks so dimensional when in motion, like seeing light scatter through deep sea water. The base is Glitch's usual beautiful jelly, super pigmented but glassy, and I prefer to magnetize it in a way that shows the tiny glitters in the base.
