Audre Lorde was a self described “Black, lesbian, feminist, socialist, mother, warrior, and poet.” She spent her life fighting all forms of injustice. One of Audre’s most influential works was a collection of essays and speeches titled Sister Outsider. The book focuses on intersectionality while drawing from her own experiences of sexism, racism, and homophobia. Sister Outsider has a blackened purple jelly base with magenta-purple sparkles, chosen to represent royalty within queer history.
All of my polishes are mixed by hand in small batches. I do my best, but there may be some slight variation between batches, as well as a small chance of pigment specks. If you have any issues with your polish please contact me.
